Mr. Shin Koyamada
Chief Executive Officer

Comprehensive oversight of daily operations, leadership management, partnership cultivation, documentation organization, policy implementation, financial management, travel coordination, executive support, team collaboration, online presence management, and reporting to Chairman, President and the Executive Board. Originally from Japan, Shin Koyamada is an American actor, producer, entrepreneur and philanthropist. Koyamada became best known worldwide for his film debut co-starring with Tom Cruise in “The Last Samurai" and Disney's "Wendy Wu Homecoming Warrior". For over 15 years, Koyamada has produced numerous films, TV shows, video games, comics and live events through his company Shinca Entertainment. In addition to his entertainment and entrepreneurial career, Koyamada is well known to international community for his philanthropic efforts through Koyamada International Foundation (KIF) he co-founded in 2008.

Ms. Nia Lyte
President

Serving as the primary representative of the organization, maintaining communication with key stakeholders, undertaking travel for organizational representation, playing a crucial role in leadership appointments, and providing strategic updates to the executive leadership team. Originally from Bogotá, Colombia, Nia Lyte is a TED Talk speaker, producer and author. She is a President & C.O.O. of The Shinca Group responsible for overseeing the company’s day-to-day operations of its entertainment and international consulting businesses in the U.S., Japan and Colombia. She became a published author of a book called “The Power of Your Inner Beauty”, distributed nationwide in English and Japanese at the Barnes & Noble and Amazon. She is a cofounder and President of Koyamada International Foundation (KIF), a 501c3 nonprofit organization, with its offices in Los Angeles, Tokyo and Bogotá. Nia is Sister Cities International country representative for Colombia, Women in Cable Telecommunications Southern California Board of Directors and Japan America Society of Southern California’s Women's Leadership Counts committee member.

Ms. Kathy Sakamoto
Vice President, Programs and Initiatives

Overseeing the comprehensive scope of programs, projects, and initiatives. This involves managing the ongoing activities of receptions, seminars, academies, and demonstrations in collaboration with KIF Chapters and partners. Kathy is based in San Jose, California.

Ms. Katherine Hall
Vice President, Strategic Partnerships

Responsible of the establishment and nurturing of new global partnerships across a diverse spectrum of stakeholders. This entails actively engaging with international NGOs, international sports federations, U.N. agencies, corporations, and government bodies/embassies to forge mutually beneficial collaborations.

Mr. Kenta Tomita
Japan & Asia Liaison, Programs and Partnerships

Responsible of managing global communications and nurturing relationships with the Japanese government, both domestically and internationally. His expertise extends to engaging with governments, U.N. agencies, sports federations, corporations, and NGOs not only within Japan but also across the broader Asian region.
