Originally from Bogotá, Colombia, Nia Lyte is a TED Talk speaker, producer, and author. She is a leading advocate for women and has spoken before hundreds of women leaders at various international events, including at the United Nations Headquarters. Nia is the author of "The Power of Your Inner Beauty," a book distributed nationwide in English and Japanese at Barnes & Noble and Amazon. She is the cofounder and President of the Koyamada International Foundation (KIF). Nia has served on the boards of several non-profit organizations at international, regional, national, and local levels across multiple countries. As a businesswoman, she is the President and COO of The Shinca Group, where she has overseen the company’s day-to-day operations in entertainment and international consulting for over 20 years.

Originally from Japan, Shin Koyamada is an American actor, producer, entrepreneur, and philanthropist. He gained worldwide recognition for his film debut alongside Tom Cruise in "The Last Samurai" and starred in Disney's "Wendy Wu: Homecoming Warrior", which is live streaming in over 150 countries on Disney Plus. Over the past 20 years, Koyamada has produced numerous films, TV shows, video games, comics, and live events through his diverse media and entertainment ventures. Beyond his entertainment and entrepreneurial pursuits, Koyamada is renowned internationally for his philanthropic efforts in sports, disaster relief, international education, and cross-cultural initiatives through the Koyamada International Foundation (KIF), which he co-founded in 2008. At KIF, he oversees its National Chapters across four continents.
