SELF-DEFENSE TECHNIQUES HIGHLIGHTED DURING #KARATE1DUBLIN FINALS

A captivating demonstration of Guardian Girls Karate maneuvers took center stage on Sunday, September 10, amidst the finals of the Karate 1-Premier League Dublin.

Broadcasted live to a global audience across numerous platforms, the showcase of techniques marked the culmination of the project's activities in Dublin. World Karate Federation (WKF) Instructor Teresa Garcia and local instructor Eimear Porter spearheaded the demonstration, showcasing their expertise with the collaboration of Ryan Coleman, Anthony Kelly, and Ruaidhri Collins.

Following successful presentations in Cairo (Egypt), Guadalajara (Spain), Rabat (Morocco), Fukuoka (Japan), and Dublin (Ireland), the "Guardian Girls Global Karate Project" will conclude its series of presentations at the Senior World Championships in Budapest (Hungary) from October 27 to 28.

Initiated in October 2022 in Los Angeles (United States), the project's Memorandum of Understanding was signed at the Consulate General of Japan. The three creators, namely the United Nations Population Fund (UNFPA), the Koyamada International Foundation (KIF), and the World Karate Federation (WKF), laid the foundation for this impactful initiative.
