Guardian Girls National Committees (GGNC)

✨ Membership Opportunities for Organizations ✨

Organization Committee Membership is open to national sports federations, NGOs, educational institutions, and other civil-society organizations that wish to support and contribute to Guardian Girls initiatives at the national level through the Guardian Girls National Committee (GGNC). Committee Membership enables organizations to participate in coordination, dialogue, and collaboration activities but does not automatically grant authorization to implement Guardian Girls programs.
Eligible organizations include:
  • National sports federations
  • Sports organizations, clubs, dojos, and schools
  • Non-governmental organizations (NGOs) and nonprofit organizations
  • Universities and educational institutions
  • Faith-based and community-based organizations
  • Other civil-society organizations aligned with Guardian Girls values
National federations affiliated with international sports federations that have a global partnership with GGI (such as the World Karate Federation, Ju-Jitsu International Federation, or World Vovinam Federation) are automatically recognized as Committee Members of the relevant GGNC. These organizations may proceed directly to the Authorized Implementing Organization process, subject to applicable agreements and requirements.
Organization Committee Membership provides:
  • Participation in national-level coordination and dialogue
  • Inclusion in GGNC communications and consultations
  • Opportunities to collaborate with governments, UN agencies, and partners (as appropriate)
  • Visibility within the Guardian Girls network, subject to policy
  • Access to information on Guardian Girls programs and initiatives
Committee Membership does not:
  • Grant authorization to implement Guardian Girls programs
  • Confer decision-making authority over GGNC or GGI
  • Allow use of Guardian Girls branding without approval
  • Create a legal, financial, or employment relationship
All Organization Committee Members must: Agree to the GGI Code of Conduct Comply with the GGI Safeguarding & Child Protection Policy Respect GGI governance, oversight, and reporting requirements
Organizations may apply by submitting the Organization Committee Membership online application. Applications are reviewed by the relevant GGNC and GGI. Membership confirmation is provided in writing.
