- Intergovernmental and international organizations
- Corporations and private-sector entities
- Foundations and philanthropic organizations
- Faith-based institutions (for relevant initiatives)
Partnership and Committee Membership serve different purposes.

- Partners support, endorse, or collaborate without joining GGNC governance or coordination structures
No.
Partnership alone does not authorize the delivery of Guardian Girls programs.
Organizations wishing to implement Guardian Girls projects must apply separately to become Authorized Implementing Organizations and receive written approval from GGI.
Partnerships may support programs through funding, venues, policy endorsement, or cooperation—but not direct delivery unless separately authorized.
