• WHERE: In Downtown Los Angeles area, CA (address will be emailed to you after you preregister)
• WHAT: Guardian Girls Aikido (GGA) is a global project to empower women and girls worldwide through the philosophy and practice of Aikido, providing them with practical skills, confidence, and leadership opportunities to prevent and respond to violence.
• WHO: Women participants only (age 18+)
• GGA INSTRUCTOR: Ms. Lia Suzuki (Aikido Kenkyukai International USA)
• OUTFIT: Exercise clothes. GGA T-Shirts will be given to participants for free as a gift!
