WHAT: Guardian Girls Aikido (GGA) is a global project to empower women and girls worldwide through the philosophy and practice of Aikido, providing them with practical skills, confidence, and leadership opportunities to prevent and respond to violence.
WHO: Women participants only (age 18+)
GGA INSTRUCTOR: Ms. Lia Suzuki (Aikido Kenkyukai International USA)
OUTFIT: Exercise clothes. GGA T-Shirts will be given to participants for free as a gift!
